UC Regents to Act on Chancellor Appointment in Special Session Aug. 8

Regents scheduled to vote today on appointment of UC Riverside's next chancellor

The University of California Board of Regents will meet via teleconference in a special session on Thursday, Aug. 8, to act on the compensation and appointment of former Michigan State University Provost and Executive Vice President Kim A. Wilcox as the next chancellor of UC Riverside. Public comment is scheduled to begin at 1:10 p.m. PDT, followed by an open meeting of the Committee on Compensation. The teleconference will be accessible at nine locations, including:

  •  1111 Franklin Street, Lobby 1, Oakland
  • 166 Arts Building, Riverside Campus
  • J. D. Morgan Center, Los Angeles Campus
  • Henley Board Room, 3104 Mosher Alumni House, Santa Barbara Campus
  • 108D Chancellor’s Complex, San Diego Campus
