UCR staff, faculty and students geared up to end the school year in high spirits for the month of May.

Starting off strong, UCR went all out for Spring Splash 2016, the last music festival of the academic year, with guests such as Trey Songz, TY Dolla $ign, The Naked and Famous, Vince Staples, DJ Snake, RL Grime, Anna Lunoe and Hoodboi.

May was a time of remembrance and celebration as it marked: the 40th anniversary of the UCR Extension International Education Program, the 32 year partnership between UCR and Josai University and the one year anniversary of Organizational Excellence.

May 2016 at UCR was also a month of firsts with UCR’s grand opening of the Enterprise Risk Management unit and the inaugural Global Food Security Week.

Check out all of May’s best moments through our slideshow below!
