Staff Assembly Honors UCR Employees

In addition to applauding dedication and celebrating employment milestones, Staff Assembly is always promoting a fun workplace environment

UC Riverside’s Staff Assembly board of directors and committee members, are keeping the momentum going and the campus spirit alive.

One of their primary goals is to recognize employees and their achievements. At their Nov. 9 general meeting, they awarded several staff members for their commitment to the university, as well as for their time of service to this campus. For fall 2016, more than 120 workers were recognized with Service Awards for their milestone achievements, including seven people who have been at UCR for 25 years, and 11 who have been on campus between 30 and 40 years.

Their jobs are essential to all aspects of the campus, from housing, to student financial aid, to support in a dean’s office. Visit their Facebook page for photos of the awardees.
