UC Alumni Regents Tour UCR Campus

The day included meetings with Chancellor Kim A. Wilcox and visits to the School of Medicine, various student programs, and the Citrus Variety Collection

A UC Alumni Regent and Regent-designate toured the Riverside campus and visited with students, faculty, staff, and leadership on Tuesday, May 16.

Current Alumni Regent Cynthia So Schroeder and Regent-designate Francesco Mancia were on the visit.

The day included meetings with Chancellor Kim A. Wilcox and Incoming Alumni Regent-designate and UCR Board of Trustees Chair Darin Anderson.

The group also met with UCR staff members from Development, Capital Planning, Alumni & Constituent Relations, and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

A visit to the School of Medicine gave the Alumni Regents a chance to tour the facilities and meet with faculty members and medical students.

The two also toured the offices of the Ethnic & Gender Program and the Undocumented Student Programs and concluded the day with a visit to the Citrus Variety Collection (CVC), where they were met by CNAS Dean Kathryn Uhrich and CVC Curator Tracy Kahn.
