In the United States, more than 25 percent of all Latino bilingual (English and Spanish) learners can be found within Southern California’s largest school districts. For this generation of students to survive and thrive in such a highly diverse region and compete in a globalized economy, Orosco is partnering with K-12 teachers and specialists to develop and embrace more effective multilingual instructional and intervention techniques.
